Learn to give people a new lease on life. That’s how it feels when your neck pain is gone, like you have a new space to live and breathe it. Neck pain can crimp your style, so when it’s gone you feel a type of freedom.

Neck and shoulder pain go together, often accompanied by headaches. All of this melts away with the targeted spinal release poses in this training. You learn to build on the foundational poses with deeply effective heart openers and more. 

Helping people get free from neck pain is a great way to introduce them to Svaroopa^® yoga. They are often highly motivated to try new things so your new course offering will bring them in. Plus you love to see them feel better, which happens in the first class

Prerequisites

Foundations of Svaroopa^® Yoga, Social Media Yoga 1, SATYA Member, plus you have posted 4 or more social media posts in the 2 weeks preceding your enrollment.

Preparation

Be a student or a teacher in at least 6 Svaroopa^® yoga classes (On-Site or Online) within the 6 weeks prior to your enrollment.

SATYA Members

Successful completion of this training will maintain or reset your Current Standing status for Continuing Education.
