Your knowledge of yoga's timeless teachings will deepen with every group you participate in. However, the reason they are included in your certification for Leading Group Meditations is so you can learn how to support different types of students.
Watch one of our swamis leading the group discussion, making space for each person to have their own experience and perspective. Learn how to hear others' sharings in a deeply respectful way. While you particpate in the group, also watch your teacher. She has a consistent and supportive response - to listen deeply. She understands that the process is supported by Guru's Grace, though it shows up differently in different people. Even their reactions are part of the inner clearing that makes space for the bliss of Consciousness.

Become Certified When you successfully complete five of these programs as concurrent courses with your Leading Guided Meditations Training, you obtain your formal certification by being a member of SATYA and completing your certification paperwork. |
